Hey, I understand that people are not all set on one side with the recent case in Ferguson, but this is not a singled out event. Here https://youtube/watch?v=j1ka4oKu1jo another recent case in which a police officer who killed a black civilian getting off without even an indictment. If anyone has any argument against this man who was murdered, then my simple response is that you are racist. The cop is apologetic, but still ended up breaking the law in multiple ways, most prominently with the choke-hold (banned from polic use back in 1993) and with that, should face consequence of the law. Is he an evil guy? I do not believe so, but he still is an american subject to laws. Police need to understand that there is repercussion in such events. It could mean a second thought before pulling the trigger; a police officer may take a step back from the situation and spare someones life. They have plenty of other options to detain someone than that of a gun or other life taking methods.
