Hey , Miguel or Jeff , Brad here from wis. I talked to Miguel on phone , last week about the carbs you built for my 71 race bug!! 2 issues , When i run the 44 dual webers , I have fast take off power and good torque , very use to spin the tires , But with the dual webers , 44-51 mph , she complete dogs out , like running out of fuel , (to much carb for the motor ?, when i put the Duel Kadron/EMPI/Brosol/Solex 40s. from you. I have no great take off power , but when i hit 44 mpg , theres no loss of power. Second issue , When going down the rack , it will not let me go in the gear fast , she grinds , and i have the have the rpgs down , then i will let me in , sucks , I have adjusted the clutch a few times , is it gear ratios , maybe stock transmission??
