Hey! My name is Shahir and Im 14 years old. This year, one of my familys close friends suffered from a heart attack and soon passed away. He was only 50 years old. What shocked me was when I found out that 80% of Heart Disease can be prevented. Realizing how much difference awareness on this issue could make, together with my friends, we have founded the Healthy Heart Society, a club at our school which raises awareness on Heart Disease.
