Hey Paari, Vanessa, and any other runners. Thinking about doing an easy 4 miles right after the 9am Ramsey camp. Could you do that vanessa? Just around Ramsey park, or down shoal creek, or maybe go run a parking garage. something fun. =) main reason for this run is to break in my shoes real quick for a 20 mile race in San Antonio with Patrick and Stacey Mason on Sunday. So I cant host the Sunday run, sorry gang, but Joe said he will be at the Hill of Life on Sunday as well. So excited about running in these guys though.
