Hey Phoenix Gun Enthusiasts! Have any of you heard this STOOPID commercial for Guns Etc. in Mesa, Arizona? It is on 550 AM, and features a badly impersonated voice of former president Bill Clinton. It portrays him as a total NASCAR type hick, and the real Bill was nowhere near that bad. His politics are another story or course. Anyway, Guns Etc. just built a new store that must have cost millions, and they advertise it like THIS? That is the intellectual equivalent of covering the exterior of your store with spray paint graffiti. I sent them an e-mail message telling them I will not buy anything from them, or even come in their store until this advertising campain ends. Needless to say, they have not responded to my e-mail. Most gun stores dont even advertise on the radio at all, and do just fine. Have you ever refused to patronize a business because of their stupid advertising campaign? I have. Furthermore, I tell them about what fools they are making of themselves. Do any of you have any examples such as this?
