Hey SS crew, Ive never posted a training video here before so here goes... I have been taking a little holiday hiatus from my training recently, just making time for all the other busy-ness of life at this time of year. But I found a little time recently to get after it and just felt like I had a front squat PR in the tank. So here it is, my 275lb front squat, a 30lb PR for me. Critiques welcome.
