Hey Santa Cruz folks, Ive been a little shy to post about it, but I wanted to let yall know that Im looking around for housing. As a young poet/entrepreneur, Ive pretty much got a full hand of buzzwords that make anyoe on craigslist think: forget this kid, Im going to interview someone who can actually pay rent. I also have a bit of a strange set of needs, in that a) I need to be within walking distance of downtown (specifically flat well paved walking distance, see: poetry cart, see: another thing that makes strangers think Im insane) b) I need to be within biking distance of the tannery c) I really cant pay more than 900/mo. 700/mo would be much better, because i would feel less like Im picking the pockets of school children by needing the art bar to pay me.
