Hey Sparta Ultimate. I wont be participating in any pickup this week as I have sectionals this weekend and I would like to control my training volume and obviously also avoid any injuries. That being said, I am looking for people to toss with every day for the next couple weeks. What Ill get out of it is a chance to keep my throws fresh, what you can get out of it is a chance to improve your throwing and possibly learn new throws. Anyone who wants to come out today let me know what time after 5:00 is good for you.
