Hey! This is a bit more serious than my posts usually are, but its something I really wanted to address. Theres been some concern lately that Purblind Cosplay and I are competing with one another, and I wanted to say that that is absolutely not true. She is one of my best friends, and I care so much more about her and her well being than I do about cosplay. There is no competition between us whatsoever, and we instead focus on supporting one another and having fun together at cons! Shes actually a huge source of inspiration for me, and I certainly do not want any harm to come to her. We had a ton of fun cosplaying Ryuko together, and were going to have a ton of fun cosplaying Bioshock Infinites Elizabeth together, too. Were different people who bring different approaches to our characters, and we absolutely do not compete against one another. Were not in competition for likes, shares, anything of the sort... Were friends, and our friendship matters so much more than anything like that. Im posting about this because I dont want people to worry about us and think that our friendship is at risk (It absolutely is not, were growing closer every day!), or to continue to spread rumours about this and create drama where there is none. No matter whos involved, its always more reward to collaborate with and support one another than to compete. Being able to share a passion and hobby with friends is amazing! Its an awesome way to grow closer and to share skills and tips! Natasha, I love and care about you so much. Thanks for being such an amazing friend and for all the amazing memories of cosplay and cons! I hope we have many more fun times to come!
