Hey Warriors, heres a quick snap shot of Kylz Chest Workout today. 2nd session for the day, Exercises included, Machine Press, Smith Machine Flat Bench Press, Dumbbell Bench Press, Incline Dumbbell Flys & last exercise for the session was Cable Flys (pictured)..All Exercises were 12-15reps, 4sets, increasing the weight for most exercises on each set. The last few days have been really tough, physically & emotionally & even though we both try & stay positive on social media we are also very real & it has even got to the point where weve questioned Is it worth it? When there are so many set backs its only natural that you start questioning, but you have to push through the hard times & believe it truly is worth it. Im so proud of Ks strength & the way she has coped & dealt with everything. She has shown real inner strength & such inspiration. Never Give Up Warriors!
