Condensed milk cake ingredients: 120 g butter at room temperature 45 g sugar 120g self-raising flour a pinch of salt 2 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 250g condensed milk Beat the sugar and butter until creamy, incorporate condensed milk, vanilla and the Essene eggs. Sift flour and add to the mixture along with the salt, pour the mixture into a greased mold. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes until you try the center with a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes and unmold on a wire rack; Serve when completely cooled. + With these quantities comes a medium cake for us that we are two was enough, but if we want a bigger cake can double the quantities.
