Hey Yall: If you have been following along here lately, you know I have a bunch of kittens. 4 to be exact. They are getting closer to being grown, and all developing their own personalities. The runt we call Shorty is still smaller than everyone else, and has one attribute the others for the most part do not have. She is scared of the unknown. She sees me come out of the house with a box, she runs. Bring the bike out of the garage without the engine running, she runs. Make a noise, or walk toward her, she runs. She is just scared of the unknown. I think folks who are scared of dying, are not scared so much of dying, so much as being scared of the unknown. I dont know about anyone else, but I am real glad I do not have to fear death, or fear the unknown other side. Jesus was REAL clear about where He was going when He went back home, and what He was gonna do, both then, and in the future. John wrote down for us, in 14: 1-7 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. “In My Father’s house are many mansions if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. “And where I go you know, and the way you know.” Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.: That kind of narrows down most of the worry part about what it is like over there, but He didnt stop there: Hebrews 7:25 Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. Gettin good, aint it? Almost makes ya wanna leave here now, but we cannot...God give Bikers and their like a special mission: Found in Luke 14:23 Then, the Master (God) said the to servant (us) Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them them to come in, that my house may be filled So, we cannot be like Shorty, we gotta be like Jesus. We gotta share, and share, and share some more so we can fill up Gods house, and not the devils. Yall have a grand evening. Remember Jesus came down for something other than to go to the Cross for us...He came down as our example of trusting God and not being afraid...and one more reason, you can take with ya: If He hadnt a come down, WE wouldnt be goin up.
