Hey, Zumba and ZumbaFit peeps! I will be in Panama City the week of July 14-20. Both of my girls are playing softball in the World Series. All of my ZumbaFit classes at the Recreation Department are canceled. As for my classes at Velocity Health and Fitness, Ashley Lawson will have the 5:30 AM classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Rico Curtis will have the 4:15 PM classes on Tuesday and Friday. Brooke Brusseau will cover the 7:30 PM classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights. She will also cover the 9:45 AM class on Saturday. There will be no ZumbaFit at Velocity on Tuesday morning at 8:30. I will resume teaching all of my classes on July 21st. See yall then!!
