Hey all! ( HUURTOESLAG IS POSSIBLE) Searching for someone to take over my room from the 1st of oktober (probably, need to discuss stuff with the landlord and will know more on monday) for indefinite amount of time. The room is 28 square feet, with its own bathroom and its own kitchen and it has a little garden where you can stash your bike. The room is on the backside of the building so you have a wide open view over the garden and its really quiet. Its an apartment on its own, so you can get ‘huurtoeslag’ (also has its own house number etc). The room is situated at in the Oosterpoort, thus very near the city centre. You can walk towards the city centre in around 10 minutes and with the bicycle in 3 minutes. There is a Coop, supermarket, around the corner not 50 meters away and other little shops. The room comes with a refrigerator. The room also has an internet connection (cable and WiFi) and a tv connection which is included in the monthly rent. The monthly rent is 598,40 all inclusive and you will need to pay a 1 month deposit, which you will get back at the end of your rental period. If you’re eligible for huurtoeslag so you receive money from the government then the net rent can be 350,- euro’s. Because of a personal situation I need to leave my apartment in the Oosterpoort. As my contract isn’t yet at an end I need to pay a one time only fine of 250,- euro’s. As this apartment is really awesome and I hate to leave (also I think many will be interested cause of the ‘huurtoeslag’), I would like if the new tenant pays this fine(can talk about this later).
