Hey all, god is good, I thank him for another day i also know he gives us trials and tribulations. I just personally is having a rough day, thought if i talk about it might make me feel better. I have been flat on my tummy for six days now, I dont know why but i am so swollen i cant move. I suffer from severe panic attacks and right now i am slowly coming down off of one. It is the worse feeling in the world, not to mention being on stomach and chest. I am just very vulnerable and scared. I never understood others panic attacks until i started getting them. right now i am extra dizzy and it wont go away, everything is spining and i am typing with my eyes closed, i am praying to god for it to be lifted up off of me , please pray for me. this is one trial i am trying to get past
