Hey all you 30 Day Fit Challengers! We are at Day 13, almost to the half way point. Remember tomorrow we are piling on Healthy Habit #3: Take 10,000 steps each day. Start thinking about your week and where you can add more steps. Maybe you can walk to grab lunch, take walking breaks instead of seated breaks in the break room or get in a morning/evening walk each day.
