Hey all you cooks out there. I just found a great recipe for herbed butter. Im going to use it tomorrow when I cook my turkey - some pats tucked under the skin and some rubbed on top. I think it will also be great for other recipes as well (chicken, fish and beef!) 2 sticks butter, softened 3 teaspoons poultry seasoning 3 tablespoons garlic herb sauce mix (I used Knorr) 2 teaspoons crushed garlic Mix all together using a fork until well combined. I then wrapped it in plastic (rolled to resemble a log) and put it in the refrigerator. I can then cut the pats of herbed butter and use as needed. Happy cooking!!
