Hey business owners, pay attention to your receptionists, they can make you or break you, especially small businesses. Even if you dont give two hoots about what the person on the other end of the phone wants, pretend you do it shows in your voice, if they walk in at least acknowledge them dont continue texting and ignoring them when you are done. If you dont like your job get another one customer service has gone to hell in a hand basket in this country.
