Hey cf19n crew happy Thursday aka rest day or as its affectionally known as cardio day! We have a big weekend coming up here are a few details. 1) we will be closed on Saturday at the box, however we all will be meeting at 10 AM at Eagle Lake Park! Please bring friends bring family they do not need to be members of the box. Then we will be having a turkey fry at 2 oclock at Tim and Kerris house! All are welcome! Please bring sides beverages! 2) we are trying to get a group of people to meet Friday night at all-you-can-eat sushi at sake and endlesss sushi and hibachi in the Clearwater Mall! If you have any questions just ask our in house Spanish goddess Pamela Fuller! 3) Sunday fun day open gym 8-10AM! 4) also coming up next month May 5 we have Jared Enderton coming to give an Olympic lifting seminar please message us on Facebook or ask in house for more details!
