Hey do u know anyone in the rubideux area that can help a dog? Or who to report it to? Went to this tree lot and they had a beautiful dog tied up...the rope/ chain was only a foot long.... it could barely move. No food and looked like an empty water dish. It had rope tied all over its body and looked underweight. Not skin and bones but thin. It also seemed timid. When i talked to it it went inside the dog crate. I was pissed no tree from them! I will not give them money..i just dont want any harm to come to the dog....any ideas! the address was 7995 mission jurupa valley/ rubideux
