Hey everybody, so I got my online fundraising page for Ecuador all set up! The link is: my.e2rm/personalPage.aspx?registrationID=2078470&langPref=en-CA In India and Kenya, I got to learn about culture, poverty, gender roles, work, consumerism, and more! It was hard at times, to sit back, and see how people saw white people. We all know that we take things for granted, isnt that why we have thanksgiving? To temporarily remember how good we have it, and make ourselves feel better? By going on this trip, I (yes will be going to a different part of the world) hope to build on what I learned on other trips, and bring that back to you- here at home. I feel humbled to know that you were willing to help me in 2012, when I was that 12 year old that wanted to see the world, this past summer- when I was that crazy 13 year old that wanted to try out India, and now I approach you all as a crazy 14 year old, travelling to Ecuador on another Me to We volunteer trip. I hope you will support me when I sell my jewellery, hold raffles, and do fundraisers! The goal for my fundraising page is $1,500.00, but I have to raise $4,500.00 total. I hope you will help me raise the amount I need to go on this amazing experience! Thank you!!!
