Hey everyone. As many of you know, we have moved up north. We thought we had our house sold downstate(Grass Lake) and a week before closing the buyers had to back out because they couldnt get financed. We are devastated because we were supposed to close on a new home on the 5th. So, this has really thrown a wrench in our plans. We have been staying with my parents and eager to get our own place. We cant really afford two mortgages so I am reaching out here to see if anyone is or knows someone who might be interested in renting until we sell it. We might be willing to work something out with the right person (rent to own or something) We are just looking for someone to pay the bills until it sells so that we can get our own place.
