Hey everyone, Im officially running for SBA Treasurer for the 2014-2015 school year! My objective is to continue to streamline the process for funding requests by improving the system Natasha has in place. I know first hand how a lot of the funding requests arent granted until the day before an event or later in some cases. As Student Trial Lawyers Association treasurer, I have personally argued multiple times with Dean Nelson and Mr. Harris to make sure that my funding request was pushed through for my event. At the end of it I made sure all our events had food one way or another. Of course, many of those events served accacia, the go to when UDC-Law administration has lost/delayed your paperwork. Let me advocate for you to Dean Nelson and Mr. Harris. Let me be your voice. My undergraduate degree is in economics, where I was the only student to receive a grant to conduct negotiation strategy research on the student body and publish a paper (if you ever want to nerd out, come talk to me about game theory). I have experience working as a treasurer for STLA and other organizations in undergrad. I was a student ambassador in undergrad as well.
