Hey everyone! Its a new year and everyone makes resolutions, or makes a drastic attempt to stay out of resolution-making. Never works, does it? Ive always been anti-resolution but still believe a new year can be a new start. So I just wanted to make this quick announcement. For many reasons, mainly time and professionalism, I will not be posting as much anymore. Anything that has not been commented on or liked or whatever over the past few months will be taken down, as I probably wont have time to go throw and weed out my entire facebook wall over the past 6 years. Also, if you want any pictures you were previously tagged in, let me know so I can share my photos with you on shutterfly or email them to you as I will be taking a lot down when I get home. I will still post and of course add pictures since Im such a picture person... but not nearly as much and I am going to be a lot more particular about what goes up. Even though my privacy settings are very strict Im not stupid. I know employers and the government have no respect for privacy and will find their way into whatever you have on the internet. I have nothing to hide, but a picture or I post I feel is okay may not be okay to the rest of the world. Though I have nothing to hide, I have learned from experience that you can never be too cautious because everyone has a different opinion of what is okay. My facebook posts will be pictures and business-related for the most part, or announcements or whatever. If you tag me in check-ins, pictures or posts that is completely fine as long as it is appropriate. I have to approve it before it is posted to my wall anyways. And again like I say, I know there is nothing inappropriate on my page and that I have nothing to hide. Im just making this announcement so you know what the deal is if I dont answer as quickly, if I dont approve a certain post and if there is a picture you were tagged in that has been taken down. It may also be a maturing, coming of age, thing too... I just dont feel the need to share my entire world on my facebook wall anymore. You all know me and know how my life basically is going without me having to post several times a day or week. God bless you and I hope if there is anything you would like to change in your life as well that you find the courage to start now. Not to sound New Years resolution-y, it just happens to be that time of year when I have decided to MAKE time to work out and get in shape, be a better Christian and Christ like example, and spend less time in front of screens as a whole, not just facebook. If there are any pictures you want, by all means feel free to copy them to your computer before I go through all my albums tonight. And just a heads up, like I say Im not taking all or a lot of pictures down just any that a school administration, employer, government, etc (people who dont know me) might misconstrue. Happy 2015! I hope its a better year for everyone! I know 2013 and 2014 were just sucky years for a lot of people. May this year be OUR year!
