Hey, everyone: Ive hit a major snag and could seriously use some help if anyone can. My job in Shenzhen was supposed to begin this week with me getting a work visa in Hong Kong and then going straight to Shenzhen mid-week. Just this morning, however, they wrote to say that I can come to Shenzhen on the 17th but wouldnt be able to begin working until the beginning of March. Financially, this screws me over. Initially, I was meant to begin in January and they pushed it to mid-February. Ive been staying with a friend in Zhuhai for three weeks already and need to get out of his hair. Im living on credit cards which are, for obvious reasons, rapidly running out of credit. Does anyone know of any jobs that need a teacher ASAP? Or any super, super cheap accommodation for the next week in Shenzhen? Literally any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! That, or Im just going to return to the US with the little bit of money Ive left. Thanks!
