Hey everyone! This very nice couple of vets out in Scenic make these...it began as a hobby and has grown into inventory....lol, hes got a lot. They are beautiful, you have to see in person to appreciate them. They are made of Alder and Cedar woods and there are some pine but as you know, none of that is local wood so keep that in mind when I tell you hes selling them. There are boxes, some made to look like a box and some very organic looking and decorative and organic looking bird houses which all sell for $27.00 each and heres the deal, my comission for setting these up on craigslist and facebook is $2 for each one sold so my promise is to donate every penny of my commission...$2 for each box sold will go to the Mesquite Veterans Center and $2 for each birdhouse will go to We Care For Animals but since $2 isnt much, Ill need your help to get the word out and help these vets earn a little money to keep their project going...wood, glue, hinges, varnish...all cost money and so does the electricity to run the shop and their time is worth something too so theyre not asking a lot for each piece, they are beautiful and theyre going to begin making some of the birdhouses functional, what a great little home for your feathered friends and a portion of the sales helps two really great causes.
