Hey everyone, its good to meet you. I moved here from Boston about a year ago and miss a couple of things that I know have to be somewhere in KC. This is a terrific food town and I know this stuff has to be lurking somewhere. 1. Good ramen soup. I dont care for Sama Zama at all. Id like something more authentic. 2. Good wonton noodle soup with big wontons and excellent broth. Blue Koi is really yummy, but its not authentic. (do youd etect a theme?) 3. Cantonese roasted duck, chicken, char siu. ANd likewise, noodle soup with roasted duck etc. Thanks! And out of curiosity, does this group ever get together for food adventures? Id love to play!
