Hey everyone, it’s no secret that getting through to our customer service centre has been pretty tough lately. Firstly, we’d like to say that we’re really sorry for the delays and frustration people have been experiencing. Also, we want to let you know we’re working day and night to bring more people onto our team, as well as preparing to make Live Chat a standard part of our customer service offering as of next Tuesday, so there’ll be another avenue of support when you need it.
