Hey everyone just wanted some feedback on how many obs/learning stories everyone is doing on all the children they have and how often. Our area manager has us doing min 2 per month per child and I am having issues with ppl rushing through them to get them done and not extending on them as they are getting stressed with just finishing 2 so some are just being done because they need to do two by the end of the month rather then them having meaning and depth its becoming quantity over quality .
