Hey everyone, one more key announcement, DSU homecoming week is next week. THis will be the best time of the year here at DSU. We play one of our biggest rivalvies in Valdosta. They are the defending GSC and National champions. This is the game of the year in college football, period!! We will be happy to host them as we are on hunt for a GSC/national title this season. This game could tell alot in D2 football. Plus DSU are 2-0 at home this season. Its hard to beat the family of DSU in Cleveland, just saying. We will be letting them and their fans have it all day long, I can assure you it will be a tense, exciting day to be a statesmen fan!! As fun a pig pickin and this past weekend wad, this will be the highlight of our season. I personally cannot wait. This is part of the reasoso to be at DSU. Live and charish this next week!! We will have the president inaugauration, cookouts, step show, performances, a firework show on halloweeen. For the first time I can reamember we doing it big all week next week, celebrating our new president, DSU, the students, and of course our football team!! Come out next sat 4 to watch the statesmen in the fight of the season against Valdosta!!! As a matter of fact, stands will be packed, so get here round 2 o clock for tailgating, free food!!
