Hey everyone! room still available! Medium sized room available and needed to fill for a lovely house in Newtown. You would be living with 4 friendly others- A couple and two working professional men in their mid 20s. Just went there the other day for the first time myself and was shocked how nice it is! -Clean white interior all round -Lovely big, renovated kitchen/w huge pantry and washing machine -Spacious lounge with one seriously funky lime couch. -Modern bathroom furnishings - two toilets also. -Modern and efficient heat pump just installed! -Decently sized outdoor area complete with shed for storage and clothes hanger The room itself is unfurnished and empty, with the exception of a few things which are currently being kept there for storage, obviously will be gone with ease. Room is available ASAP. Total expenses will be around 150 a week/ 300 a fortnight, depending on power usage. PM me if it takes your interest! Ben.
