Hey friends, Here are a few brief updates from Missions team in Dominican Republic. Sunday - Here safe. All is good. Good sharing time this morning. On the way to Bario Blanco. Late night last night meeting Detroit team at airport. We will be in city ministering to the kids today and will stay for church tonight. Team doing well. Monday - Wow!! What an awesome day yesterday! Kids ministry program was taking place all day. We spent the first few hours playing with the kids in the street and developing those community relationships that are so important. Im the afternoon, we walked the community and circled up and prayed at the monument center for the city. The home visits were awesome with the burdened being encouraged and the sick being visited and prayed for. Hearts were touched as we laid hands on Tuesday - Construction went well yesterday. Much of the wall painting well on the way. Started leveling floors for concrete. Team is really being touched by home visits. Community relationships are being deepened. More happening today along with the ladies ministry going on. Awesome worship and team devotional this morning. Its obvious that God has brought each one here with a specific purpose. The personal focus today is the introspection of what God is doing in us individually to further his work through us. Pray for us. Your prayers already have been effective. Thanks.
