Hey friends and family! Update: The surgery went VERY well!! Praise God! Tomorrow it will be two weeks from my surgery and my pain has gone down since then and that is an encouraging improvement! The tumor is gone and the surgeon was very happy with the surgery. Now its the slow road back to, with the Lords help, full functionality. Lets pray for FULL functionality and eventually an even healthier body and knee than before in Jesus name! PRAYER REQUEST: I would really love prayer for the nerves and muscles in the lower leg/ankle. At the moment I cant lift my left foot up much at all. That doesnt surprise the surgeon too much, however, because of the shock that the nerves experienced during surgery because they needed to move a lot of muscles down there so they could work away at the tumor and get it out. So the surgeon has a good feeling that it will come back and praise God for that, but I can still struggle with fear at times and would appreciate prayers that I would have faith in Gods healing power and that the nerves and muscles would be FULLY healed and restored in JESUS NAME! No fear! No what ifs.
