Hey friends and neighbors, if you wouldnt mind, Id really appreciate it if you would save your toilet paper and paper towel roll tubes for me. They are ideal for protecting young, vulnerable seedlings from all manner of dangers in a completely chemical free garden such as the one I administer! Also, my garden remains open to ALL! As of yet I have only two dedicated community gardeners coming on a regular basis to pitch in (thanks Lori and Ashley!). Get in on this action, folks! This garden will be massively productive (it always is) and will have a lovely array of produce. Whats more, as harvests are taken, I will be opening my kitchen for preservation and canning activities/classes. I will be holding an activity here at the ONeil Community Garden virtually every Saturday at which we will cover various gardening knowledge and perform one or more necessary tasks in the garden. My garden is open to EVERYONE, so come on down and bring your family! Knowledge will be shared freely and produce will be shared equitably! Its still VERY early in the season folks! You havent missed anything that cant be caught up on pretty easily! Get down here to Siverly and help make something special happen!
