Hey friends (urgent), If a shareholder (A) transfer the shares to a person (B) and provide him duly executed share transfer deed with certificate, but (B) does not submit the same with the company, consequently his name is not registered in registers of members and shareholder. later on the (B) want to transfer the shares to another person (C) and the (C) seeks to register his name with the company as the member/shareholder. so how can (C) prove that he has bought such shares from the shareholder (B) although the name of (B) is not registered with the company. Please tell me the procedure to get shares registered with the comapny in name of (C) with applicable provisions, if any thanks in advance
