Hey guys I may be interested in parting ways with my Traynor - TopicsExpress

Hey guys I may be interested in parting ways with my Traynor YCV40WR Its a Canadian built 40W Valve amp with 1x12 vintage 30 speaker. Its been my trusty stead for the last few years and is still in excellent condition. I would always get compliments from sound technicians telling me how much they love the tone when mixing this amp. I used to play a range of music but mostly pop rock on the drive channel and this handled it brilliantly but it also has a killer clean channel perfect for blues of just straight up clean guitar. The amp was recently serviced by Tim Evans in around September - October it had a full service and the power tubes changed over to tube doctor tubes and then it has hardly seen any use over the last 2 months. Now dont be fooled by the 1x12 speaker this amp is a pocket rocket. and would easily keep up with much larger amps lets just say I never go over half way volume on the dirty channel and the volume i have it at there is what i used on stage last. the tolex is in great condition the mesh is perfect to its just looks weird here but if you run your hand over it you can straighten all the threads up. its the 240v import version so no need for a power converter and yeah its a rad little amp. Now price wise Im look at around $800 and keep in mind you can buy this model on e-bay for just over $910 plus an extra $115 postage from the US but they are still the US model so you will need to get it changed over or buy a transformer. so your looking at about $1025 and thats before you can even turn it on. so all that being said I am willing to trade for another guitar amp of similar value but only 2x12 combo or 2x12 head and cab keeping withing that pop rock genre so VOX, Orange, Id love a Fender Supersonic or any sort of Boutique amp, anyway show me what you have and we can talk Im not looking for anything specific. Ultimately what ever I get for this amp will be going towards a new one as I will still need an amp.
