Hey guys, first of all: Im from Germany and totally new to this. Im vegan for around 6 years now and although it led me to an awesome path on which I will stick to, I was still searching for answers for why Im not getting rid of my fat, being nearly anaemic, always tired, cant concentrate very long etc., the whole list actually... This year I started to read a lot about eating raw and even tried it for one or two weeks and I already felt much better in my skin and also felt some improvement in my fitness, but I didnt stick to it because of several reasons (this would blow up this post ;), although of course i know of the benefits in this diet. Then i heard about Freelee (just read her book), 80/10/10, and finally about RT4 - Im glad I found this and I see the obvious reasons speaking FOR that nutrition. As you may derive from that Im not eating raw/RT4 yet (due to some specific reasons, also related to the questions), although I want to. So I couldnt prevent that some questions arose while getting so deep into the theory, so maybe someone of you can help me answer them: 1. Why does Freelee recommend this kind of diet/nutrition (cooked food after 4pm) and obviously often eats that way herself when she actually sais that 100% raw fruit is the best nutrition?! I dont really understand that. 2. Why is salt not recommended? 3. Yeah I know she wrote about it and everyone is complaining, but: How the hell should I finance this diet?!? Actually this is the biggest question of all.... i already searched for stores where i could buy in great deals and i think i could manage that, but i dont know how to pay for all that... i already live on the edge, the less money i have i spend for food (i will not explain my whole financial situation here, but believe me i already calculated everything in), but this lifestyle would cost me more than i have and i have no idea where to save money from because most of the points that Freelee spoke about are points i already do like this (for example bike instead of car) and by all respect - how do you folks do that with having a full job? Im musical artist and the whole time i wonder how i should manage this diet with my life... i simply cannot go to the toilet 8-12 times a day when i have rehearsals or training (they will kick me out, its just like that!), i cannot carry 2 big bottles of smoothie or huge amounts of fruit with me when i have to be on the way the whole day, etc. ... especially not if i dont have a car, which leads to the next question: 4. How transporting that masses of food if you dont have a car??? Of course no one of you can give me a proper answer to that financial question, but maybe there is someone out there (at best from germany) who can give me some advice.... ? That would be so great! Well, as you can see i have lots of questions in my mind about how i could manage this lifestyle.... and thats why i ask it here because i cant imagine that im the only one wondering about this and if you found an answer to all that, i would be very happy to hear/read that... thank you for reading and good night (12am here in Berlin :) and sorry for my english, dont know if it was proper.
