Hey guys/girls, My room on the bilserbaan 51A (5-10 bike to SBE and city centre) is becoming available during the last week of August. I am leaving because I found a room more central. The rent is 380 all incl and is about 22m^2 You will share the house with 3 people. Currently there are 3 German students living there, 1 studying IB, 1 European studies and the other one just got his master degree and is moving out. The house is great with a big roof terrace, perfect for summer (or winter) barbecues. You share the shower + bathroom with 2 other students, and there is an extra bathroom to be used by everybody.
