Hey guys quick partially dumb question batteries went dead in my car last night woke up this morning put it on the charger. Now Im having really bad alternator whine. Well will I was driving it I stopped at a stop sign and its been doing this for a few days now. But when I stop and Im in drive. (Auto trans :c) it will idle so low it almost stalls out. Well today it did stall out and kept doing it every time I stopped until I put it in neutral when I came to a hault and it idled normal around 6-700rpm. Could this be an issue with the transmission. Or could my alternator be going bad?
