Hey ladies and gents... Wanted to share in case if by some chance this could help at least One of you. I had been posting this week about horrible margarines, occurring more frequently for me. Anyway, when I was at the doctor, she did lab work. She called today and said my Vitamin D was critically low. Put me on 50,000IU weekly for a while. She sent the script which assures me will not cost much at all(high doses cant be bought, must be prescribed). She feels that this has played a significant factor in my recent weekly migraine episodes. I did look it up myself and numerous studies have linked the two together. So I urge you if you havent, get your vitamin D level checked. Some other symptoms I was having was mood swings, hair falling out and chronic fatigue. I will keep you posted as the weeks pass if the treatment helps. I hope this can help at least one of you. It breaks my heart to read all the pain everyone suffers.
