Hey my lovely NHSers! Our second event will be the March of Dimes! Different shifts will have different tasks and please wear FORMAL ATTIRE for this event. Please sign up below with your name, ID, the shift that you want (can choose all 3 shifts if you have the energy). The Signature Chefs and Master Vintners Gala features prominent local chefs providing tasting dishes specially created for the evening and prestigous California wineries pouring their best varietals. Over 300 affluent business executives and society members attend the event, which also includes a silent & live auction. The gala supports the March of Dimes, whose mission is to prevent premature birth & infant mortality. Over 4 million babies are born in the US each year, and March of Dimes helped every single one through vaccines, research, education and breakthroughs. Volunteers are needed for help with set-up, registration and check-out. Shifts available from 8:00am to 9:00pm. -LOCATION: SAN JOSE FAIRMONT HOTEL -DATE: SEPTEMBER 22 -SHIFTS:B) 12:00pm to 4:00pm C) 2:00pm to 6:00pm D) 6:00pm to 9:00pm
