Date slightly flexible Must be able to: -prepare diverse meals using the bounty of FRESH and amazing bounty of produce currently available in the south of France -prepare ad hoc events on short notice up to 20 pax -socially interact with distinguished clientele - drive on the twisting hills of the south of France Kitchen facilities are decent and I have personally catered a successful event for 30 billionaires and their partners, out of this facility last summer. The estate is steeped in history and many celebrities have passed through this property where a recent blockbuster was filmed. Ideally you are from the EU to avoid any visa issues.
