Hey parents, did you know your kids’ morning Cheerios are made with genetically modified ingredients? We didn’t either. General Mills said Thursday that it is dropping the GMOs, and that the company has been manufacturing its original-flavor Cheerios without them for the past several weeks. The oats have been all natural, but its the corn starch and other ingredients that have been part of the science experiment. General Mills did not specify exactly when those boxes would be on sale.
