Hey professional bartenders, chefs, and friends close to the industry, If you would like to get some real exposure (or have an industry friend that would), one of the projects Im working on, a Seattle based national publication, is doing a feature on bartender / chef favorites as part of a ridiculously well produced holiday guide The publication would feature your name, picture, place of employment, several drink / meal recipes and tools of the trade, as well as a couple of your suggestions for gifts for food and drink lovers in their lives, If youd be interested in getting some great press, let me know.
