Hey there! Here are 4 HIIT moves that will get your heart pumping. Do each move for one minute, 3 sets for time. Post your time and let me know how you did! 1⃣ Sumo Burpees. Feet wide when you kick back. Hold your core tight for stability. 2⃣ High Knees. Bring your knees above your waist and pump your arms. Core tight. 3⃣ Cross Jack. Cross your feet, arms parallel, alternate one over the other. 4⃣ Squat Jump Shot. Wide leg squat, grab the ball, shoot, Alternate shooting hand.
