Hey there friends! So this is an assignment I have for an education course I am taking if you could take a moment of your time to answer: "I wonder what comes to mind for you when I say the word autism?" The answer can be as short or as long as you want it to be but nothing elaborate is required or expected just that. Also I need to get as diverse a group of people as possible (gender, age, race, etc.) as well as the answer to whether you identify yourself as a person with a disability. So if you could answer this / ask a younger sibling, ask an older parent (if you have a younger parent I am very intrigued so please be sure to ask them as well) and if you do that just provide me with their basic information with their answer.
