Hey there party people/ funguys & fungals: The annual Fungus Fair is taking place next weekend, Saturday & Sunday. The event coordinators are still looking for more volunteers to help put it on. I have to say myself its a great fair AND they feed you! The shifts would be: Saturday, December 6 Shift 1: 8am to 12pm (4 hour shift... This shift is a little longer than the others to help set up) Shift 2: 12pm to 3 pm Shift 3: 3pm to 6 pm (there may or may not be some work to do after 5pm) Sunday, December 7 Shift 4: 9am to 12pm Shift 5: 12pm to 3pm Shift 6: 3pm to 7pm (another 4 hour shift to provide ample time to break down. Last year this didnt take two hours, but just expect that much just in case, also you can hang out with the rest of the mycofolk) The event is on the first weekend of December: Saturday and Sunday, December 6 & 7, 2014 10am to 5pm both days Location: Hall of Flowers, @ Lincoln and 9th Ave on the south side of Golden Gate Park, next to the botanical gardens. NOTE: Dont be confused, this is NOT the white gothic Conservancy of Flowers building in the center of the park.
