Hi - I have a Tiffany necklace and recently the chain has broken. My friend took it to Tiffany for me and they replaced the chain. Within 2 days the chain has broken again. I think its because the chain is so delicate. Because Tiffany is so far away I am not paying to have it replaced by them again. Does anyone know where I could get a silver chain fixed onto it in the Newbury area? Its not a dangling pendant so I cant just buy a chain, it will need properly replacing due to how the butterfly fixes to the chain. Thanks :-)
