Hi- Im going introduce myself. I was a Jazzercise instructor for 10yrs & had a hard body...After I quit that I continued to workout at a gym doing the basics. I maintained my weight at 150 with no problems. Now Im 40. I also quit working out regularly 2+ yrs ago & have gained 20lbs. I know its just a number but my goal is to get to 150 & get back the body that is mine. Not this one Ive been living in. I know Im not unhealthy overweight but I also know I can do SO much better than what I have been doing.
