Hi, A team and I are working on a project for Asian American - TopicsExpress

Hi, A team and I are working on a project for Asian American Heritage Month in May. It is about the younger Hmong generation who were born in the refugee camps and immigrated to the United States (those between the age of 17 and 30). This collection of photographs will be featured on a website. I want to know if you would like to be a part of the project. The purpose of the project is to show how much you have grown as an individual since immigrating to the United States in a retrospective sense. I need the following: 1) Name 2) Age 3) Year that you came to the United States 4) Your refugee photo like the one below 5) A current photo of you to show the difference from then and now 6) A short story of any length of your life that you would like to share. It can be anything: a memory from the refugee camp, an experience in America, or something that you like. This is a place for you to tell the story that matter to you. You can email us at exhibit75@gmail with your pictures and story or message me here on Facebook for more information. Some of you might think that you don’t have this picture but if you speak to your parents or go through your family’s old immigration documents/files, you might find them. The ones that my family have are passport photo sized. I had never seen my family’s until two years ago when I went through old immigration documents for a work-related background check. Check out my example in the link. If you have any questions, please let me know. exhibit75/
